Overview: Parent Teachers Home Visits (PTHV) is a time-tested and well-loved family engagement strategy proven to strengthen relationships, shift mindsets, and improve student outcomes. To ring in its 25th year, PTHV is boldly looking to the future with a clear vision of deepening educators’ practice of relational home visits in service of advancing equity in education. Join this interactive session to explore the impact of PTHV as well as draw connections to current education needs and initiatives across the country. Participants will have the opportunity to examine their own mindsets and practice, identify opportunities to leverage PTHV to support their broader teaching and learning goals, and offer recommendations for future innovations.
